Wolt partnered with MacWell as lead agency to create its most ambitious brand campaign to date — elevating Wolt+ with an international ambassador who resonates across generations and cultures. From concept to casting, from strategy to final delivery, MacWell led every step.
The brief: find a face that’s instantly recognizable, gently humorous, and aligned with Wolt’s upbeat, local-but-international energy. After shortlisting with over 10 internationally recognized talents, MacWell and Wolt zeroed in on Owen Wilson as the unanimous choice — an actor whose 25+ year career spans cult comedies, Oscar-nominated dramas, and current streaming hits.

Once Owen was secured — following negotiations with the amazing people at Talent Republic and United Talent Agency — MacWell mobilized a world-class team. With Owen filming in Australia, we built the entire production around a one-day window in Brisbane, assembling the industry's best to deliver a campaign with cinematic style.
The amazing and talented director Natalie Prisco, who worked hand in hand with Oscar-winning cinematographer Dion Beebe, brought this vision to life for the big – and small – screens.

The campaign includes a hero spot, social cutdowns, occasion-based shorts, and key visuals. The rollout spans 25 countries across TV, cinema, and digital platforms.
This campaign reflects MacWell’s ability to lead at an international level — assembling iconic talent, managing complex negotiations, and overseeing a cinematic production across time zones and teams. The result: Wolt’s most recognizable brand moment to date, generational awareness with mass appeal, and quirky humour delivered with precision.
